Welcome to the official website of the Memorial Park Spartans supported and powered solely by the Memorial Park Spartans Football & Cheer Booster Club, a non-profit organization that has been serving our youth community for several decades. The Spartans Youth Program is part of the Pop Warner Little Scholars, Inc. (PWLS) organization that provides youth football, cheer & dance programs for participants in 42 states and several other countries around the world.
Founded in 1929 and comprised of approximately 425,000 participants ranging from 5 - 15 years of age, Pop Warner is one of the oldest and the largest football, cheer & dance youth programs in the world.
As the only national youth sports organization that requires scholastic aptitude to participate (must maintain a 2.0 GPA), Pop Warner is committed to developing our youth on the field and off. At every level, Pop Warner programs seek to develop well-rounded young men & women who not only learn the fundamentals of football, cheer and dance, but also the importance of education in an atmosphere conducive to developing sound character while having a good time.
Supported by Memorial Park District and the Memorial Park Spartans Booster Club, we are able to provide the children of our community with a safe & structured recreational environment.

Registration will take place on the following Saturdays from 9am - 12pm @ Eisenhower Community Center at:

May - 5, 12 & 19
June - 2, 9, 16, 23, 23 & 30
July - 14
Please bring a copy of the following documents to register your child for the program
* Birth Certificate
* Proof of Residency
* Report Card (4 Quarter)
* Current Physical (dated after Jan. 1, 2012)

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Volunteers are the backbone of the Memorial Park Spartans Youth Program and we need YOU! Get Involved, make a difference!
Volunteer Opportunities are available for Coaches, Asst Coaches, Teen Coaches, Coordinator, Team Parents & Team Grandparents.
** All volunteers must complete and pass a background check. Pop Warner requires a certificate of completion for their online Risk Management Training by all volunteers including Team Parents, Coaches, Asst. Coaches, Teen Coaches & Coordinators. Head coaches are required to complete an additional certification.
